CBD Oil

CBD oils used in your massage may help you relax more deeply and feel more restored than perhaps you have in the past. CBD massage benefits can vary depending on the person, but if you are open to trying a CBD oil massage, you may be pleasantly surprised at how CBD oil can enhance the experience.

Proven to help with muscle fatigue, chronic pain, calming the nervous system and much more.

***RECOMMENDED FOR RELAXATION, GENERALIZED BODY ACHES AND SORENESS, TENSION

Herbal Muscle Rub (Non-CBD)

My Herbal Muscle-Rub Oils is my own formulation of a soothing Muscle-Rub for those looking for a Natural Alternative that does not include CBD derivatives. It is my own customized blend that uses Traditional Chinese Medicine Herbal Extract blends with a Medium Chain oil for DEEP MUSCLE PENETRATION.

***MOST EFFECTIVE ON RECENT POST-WORKOUT SORENESS, SPRAINS, RECENT JOINT/LIGAMENT ACHES, ACUTE PAIN***

Herbal+CBD Muscle Rub

This is my most popular (and most effective) oil I have branded to date. My years as a Licensed Massage Therapist, and being the curious bear of Chinese Medicine that I am; I have experimented with different combinations to marry my two field of study. By combining the Herbal Extraction borrowed from Traditional Chinese Medicine, with my CBD oil into a High-Quality Medium-Chain oil, I am confidently able to say I can give you that same massage you know to trust, and you can rest assured your body will continue to heal long after the massage ends as the CBD and Herbal components continue to be absorbed into the body providing body physical and relaxing effects.

***RECOMMENDED FOR POST-WORKOUT SORENESS, ACUTE SPRAINS, TENDON/LIGAMENT, INFLAMMATION, ACUTE/CHRONIC PAIN, CALMING , ANXIETY, OVERALL RELAXATION***

Hot Stone Massage (HST)

Hot stones therapy is used to help you relax and ease tense muscles and damaged soft tissues throughout your body. Great addition for those who want deeper work without the deep tissue/pressure feeling. Helps relieve muscle tensions and pain, reduce stress and anxiety, promotes sleep, helps with circulation and may improve the immune system.

***HIGHLY RECOMMENDED IF YOU PREFER MASSAGES ON THE LIGHTER SIDE***

Deep tissue

Deep tissue massage is meant to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the contracted areas. Deep tissue massage can help to alleviate chronic pain, reduce stress, and improve posture. It is also used to break up scar tissue, reduce inflammation, and improve circulation. By increasing blood flow and oxygen to the affected area, deep tissue massage helps to reduce tension and pain. It also helps to break up adhesions and knots, which can cause discomfort and limit the range of motion.

***HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO COMBINE WITH CBD OIL OR HOT STONE***

Massage Compression Gun Therapy (CGT)

CGT has both whole body and localized massage gun therapy have been shown to improve muscle mass and strength in older adults. Massage guns can greatly improve muscle endurance, increase power, and improve kinesthetic awareness. The effects include decreased pain, improved muscle tone, range of motion, and circulation. With the interchangeable head options, the massage experience can be customizable to different body parts for a variety of purposes.

Chinese Fire Cupping

Fire cupping is an alternative, non-invasive treatment technique that uses special cups placed on the skin to encourage blood flow to damaged areas. This unique therapy is often recommended to patients who suffer from muscular pain, joint pain, skin problems, and/or respiratory disorders. While fire cupping may be recommended to patients with specific musculoskeletal conditions, it is ideal for any patient who wishes to heal his or her soft tissue injuries and reduce overall pain and inflammation.

Conditions cupping can help:

  • Arthritis
  • Migraines/Headaches
  • Anxiety & Depression
  • Asthma
  • High Blood Pressure…..and more

***HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR POST-COVID INFECTIONS***

Note: Cupping can leave bruise like marks on the body that can subside in a few hours up to a few weeks. Every person is different.

Gua Sha

Gua Sha is rooted in TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) where the key principle is to get your “Qi”, or energy to best flow throughout your body. Useful for a variety of musculoskeletal problems. Because of the variety of the shape of the tools, great for tension in hard to reach areas where the body bends. Helpful to alleviate tension headaches, migraines, neck pain, and swelling in the body. Very effective in treating muscle knots, breaking up adhesions in the muscle fibers.

Trigger Point Therapy Massage (TRT)

Trigger Point Therapy massage is a soft tissue technique used where there is tension, even pain, in the muscle or fascial areas which is most commonly referred to as a “knot.” Trigger points are generally formed by overuse, repetition to lack or nutrients (ie: dehydration, working out, etc). Trigger points can be Active or Latent, which means the Actives one tend to hurt at all times; Latent ones tend to hurt when pressed on. TPT can be a bit tender, so CBD oil or Hot Stone are generally recommended to help soften Trigger Points. Signs you might have a Trigger Point might be muscle sensitivity, radiating pain, twitching response when palpating a muscle, chronic muscle pain, electrical sensitivity, nodules at muscle belly and more. It is important you speak to a professional on how to take care of Trigger Points at home.

***HiGHLY RECOMMENDED TO COMBINE WITH CBD OIL, HOT STONE, OR CUPPING***

Acupressure Massage (AMT)

Acupressure Massage Therapy is a technique in which pressure is applied to different points throughout the body. I personally incorporate acupressure into every massage, but can customize a massage to emphasize more on acupressure focused therapy upon request. The goal of acupressure is to restore health and balance in the body and to promote relaxation. Acupressure may help with a number of health conditions. NO NEEDLES ARE USED, ONLY MANUAL MANIPULATION. Tools can be incorporated. Acupressure points used are the same ones used in Traditional Chinese Medicine which I currently study. It is used to treat a wide variety of health conditions completely customizable to you. For the purpose of massage, some of the most highly sought out uses are pain relief, relaxation, headaches, and muscle recovery.
